The Anatomy 101 section is online for you to complete at your own pace. We recommend 2-4 weeks of self-paced study prior to your in person Level 1 course to really remember and understand the bone, muscles and anatomical terms. In person we will revise these concepts and develop them further before doing your Anatomy 101 Assessment for your qualification.
