In-person Course

Saturday 21 March, 2 - 5pm

You will need to be confident in basic anatomy and learn all of these exercises in the course before the in-person component. We will be applying these exercises to the common mistakes students make when performing pole tricks.

We will cover basic pole tricks such as spins, climbing and side rotations. We will not be including inverts in this course.
